As one of Perth’s rare BYO function centers, the venue provides an exceptionally flexible venue that can accommodate nearly any vision for your special occasion. Its catering service is unparalleled, offering possibly the best range and most exciting flavors available anywhere in Perth.

Barrett Lane can comfortably accommodate up to 150 cocktail guests or 100 people seated with free parking available on-site. The venue is BYO drinks, which hugely reduces the cost of an event. The sunken lawn area can also accommodate up to 140 people in a seated dinner style wedding reception or corporate dinner event. There are 3 main ceremony locations available on site – The Natural Arbour, a Jasmine covered archways that provide an amazing natural backdrop for your ceremony, The second ceremony location is on the sunken garden lawn area in between two ornamental pear trees and a sculptured magnolia tree, overlooking the vineyard in the background. The third beautiful spot for a ceremony is down on the large lawn area with the vineyard acting as a beautiful natural background for photo opportunities. All 3 ceremony areas available for use on site are exclusive to you on your wedding day, providing you with multiple opportunities for use.

 

Its exclusive Homestead features five luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with king-sized beds and hotel-quality linens. The property offers three stunning bathrooms, providing ample space for all guests to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone on their wedding day.
