Beginning as a side hustle, Curated by V has turned into a full-scale luxury mobile bar business that has catered more than 400 events. Bringing experience from Nobu Perth, founder Vanessa Lam is an expert in creating award-winning cocktails and creating restaurant-quality cocktail experiences outside the traditional bar setting. The team offers mobile mixology and cocktail catering, specialising in bespoke bar experiences for weddings across Western Australia. They tailor the cocktails to each event with signature custom cocktails, premium mobile bar setup, cocktail-hour service, curated menus and interactive masterclasses.  

When creating a wedding cocktail menu, the team creates drinks that consider couples love story, style, venue and overall wedding aesthetic. With Curated by V, everything from the flavour to the presentation is intentionally customised for your special day. Their goal is to create an experience that feels personal, elevated and genuinely memorable, giving couples and their guests something to talk about long after the wedding is over.
